SKERMAN, Susan Catherine Martin:
Passed away peacefully at Parkwood Lodge, Waikanae on Sunday 9th November 2025 just after her 97th birthday. Dearly loved daughter of the late Terence Leslie (Charlie) and Jessie Geddes Skerman. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Martin and Alison and James and Gay. Loved Aunt and dear friend of Simon, Sara, Jeremy, Christopher, Daniel and Tom Skerman and Sally Sinclair. Beloved great aunt to all her great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Sue will be held at Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae, on Tuesday 2nd December 2025 at 11:00am.

I was grateful for Sue’s encouragement when I attended her life drawing class in Waikanae. ‘Super work! Strong drawing! ‘ she would say. This praise meant a lot to me; coming from such a super talented, ‘strong’ artist.
