DONALD, David John:
Passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital, on Monday 27th October 2025, aged 87. Loved husband to the late Helen for 58 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law to Debbie and Terry, and Julie and John. Treasured grandad of Maddie, Matt, Emily and Tom. A service to celebrate David’s life will be held at Cedarwood, 19 Parata Street, Waikanae, on Monday 3rd November 2025, at 2:00pm. This will be followed by a private cremation. Dear family
I am sad to learn of your Dad and Grandad’s loss. I was in the Kapiti Beefsteak and Burgundy Club with him and we enjoyed many a meal and wine together. He also would send me funny videos which I thoroughly enjoyed. I will miss his wit. My condolences to you all.
