BAYSTON, Margaret Joan:
Margaret passed away peacefully on Saturday, 13th September 2025, in the wonderful care of Parkwood Lodge, Waikanae, having reached the grand age of 97. Dearly loved wife and soulmate of the late Barrie. Loved mother of Kate & Paul; Alison & John; and Hilary. Beloved Grandma of Chris, Hamish, Sarah, Emma, Claire, Lucy, Rebecca, Nick, Rhiannon, Duncan and their partners. Loved by her 12 great-grandchildren. A private cremation has been held and a celebration of her life will follow later this year.

So saddened to just read this,Mrs Bayston was and still is a lovely Lady.I remember her with fond memories,also happy n smiling at the Doctors,now called Medical Centre.Dr Bayston will be reunited with this lovely lady.To the Whanau of the late Mrs Bayston,please accept our deepest sympathy and our Aroha and Prayers. Thank you for my life , the stories, lessons and the ( often a tad late ) but v delish family meals and the flowers, trees and animals we loved so much. Plus the excursions / holidays you took us on when we could and the nature lessons you taught us by osmosis ( sometimes annoying but now muchly appreciated 😉
