ALLSOPP, John Sydney:
Died suddenly on Thursday, 18th June 2026, at home in Waikanae. Dearly loved father of Toby, Michael and Jordy. Granddad of Ben and Rose. Brother of Frank. Uncle of Blythe and Bryan.
A celebration of John’s life will be held at Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae, on Saturday 4th July at 2:00pm. Messages to the family may be sent c/o PO Box 300, Waikanae 5250.

The Waimea College community extends its sincere condolences to the Allsopp family on the passing of John. A respected Mathematics teacher, friend and colleague, John is remembered with great fondness for his dedication, kindness, and sense of humour. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones.
