TIETJENS, June Elizabeth Passed peacefully at Summerset Care Centre on 6th June, aged 86. Much loved wife and best friend of Pat for 64 years. Treasured mother and mother in law of Janette (dec) and Robert, Michelle, Bryan and Shelley, Denise and Eddie. Loved Grandma of Alycia, Jayson, Megan, Jessica, Ashton, Keegan and Danica. Great Grandma of Caleb, Lydia and Arthur. Special thanks to all the nurses and carers at Summerset for the dedicated, compassionate care shown to June and our family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at the venue to Parkinsons NZ or Wellington Free Ambulance. A service to celebrate June’s life will be held at Coast Community Church, Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu, at 11:00am Thursday 13th of June. Followed by a private family burial at Awa Tapu Cemetery.
