HAYNES, Maggie
25th December 1940 – 20th April 2025
Loved wife of Doug for 58 years. Loving Mum to Jo, Duncan, and Stu. Also to Ruth (dec.) and Tamsin (dec.). Cherished mother-in-law to John and Sheryl. Adored Gran of Matthew, Jaycob, Isabel, Zach, Fraser, Georgia, and Poppy. Dearly loved older sister of Peter. Friend to many.
A service to remember Maggie will be held at Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae, on Monday 28th April at 11:00am.

Maggie was very kind and hospitable.
She was always welcoming to me on my many visits to New Zealand over the years and made me feel part of the family .
I have many happy memories of times spent with Maggie in Scotland and New Zealand . One very special day was our trip to Cape Reinga ,all 6 of us.
I never mastered the art of the 8 am crosswords
but have happily adopted the 10 am morning tea /coffee habit
You will be missed Maggie !
