Sir Michael HARDIE BOYS: GNZM, GCMG, QSO KStJ, PC. 6.10.1931 – 29.12.2023 Died peacefully in Waikanae, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Mary, cherished father and father-in-law of Deryn, John and Debbie, Rachel and Jonathan, Philip and Kirsty. Beloved GiGi to Emily, Max, Amelia, Jamie, Charlotte, Isaac, Gus and Maddie. Brother and brother-in-law to Bryan and Margaret. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held in the Wellington Cathedral of Saint Paul, 2 Hill Street, Thorndon on Wednesday 31st January at 11:00am.
