GRAY, Jean Barrie Reid:
On Saturday 14th June 2025, in her 89th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Denis. Beloved Mother of Daryl and Ian, and Mother-in-law of Garry. Much loved Grandmother of Alexandra and Evangeline. Cherished sister of Alistair and the late James.
A warm and special thanks to the wonderful staff of Waikanae Lodge who cared for Jean deeply.
A Service to celebrate Jean’s life will be held at Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae, on Wednesday, 18th June 2025, at 11:00am, followed by private cremation.

Jean was a friendly , outgoing lady, with a good sense of humour. We always left a chat with Jean in a happier frame of mind,she was a pleasant warm member of our community. Blessings on you Jean.
Beautiful Jean. A very dear friend of our mum,Adrienne for over 60 years.Always cheerful and generous with her time.So sad we didn’t get back to see you again. We were just planning our next visit. Lots of love to Ian, Daryl and family.
