ANSELL, Norman Albert:
Unexpectedly passed away on Monday 11th August 2025 at Palmerston North Hospital. Dearly loved husband of Bella. Father of Karina and Darrien, grandfather of Christopher & Maddie, and Stephen & Alanah, and great-grandfather of Marlin and Braelyn.
A service to Celebrate Norman’s life will be held at Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae, on Monday 18th August at 11:00am, followed by burial at Whenua Tapu Cemetery, Pukerua Bay.

Dear Bella and family,
My deepest of condolences to you all knowing how much of a loss it is losing Norm.
The neighbourly bbq’s, singing, laughing and fun times that were had in Whitby are fabulous childhood/adult memories I carry with me to this day. Even though he did not talk much, he was always very kind.
May you journey of grief be one of all the wonderful things he was, and hoping that alone will make you smile. Be kind to yourself.
