VERE-JONES, Suzanne “Sue” née Escott:
Passed away peacefully on Monday 12th May, aged 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Much loved mother of Ben and Emma. Cherished grandmother of Molly and Clay. Great friend and inspiration to Lois Girdwood.
Sue, you were so special to so many and you will be greatly missed.

A memorial for Sue will be held at the Kapiti Boating Club on Wednesday 21st May 2025 at 2:00pm.

The Keenan family extend sincere sympathy to Ben and Emma on the loss of their mother Sue. She was a very special and delightful person. The memories go back across the years to my working with Sue and enjoying her garden and knowledge so much at the Karori Normal School Fair and the fun and sharing our children also did across the years. Our thoughts and love at this time.
