BLACKWELL, Frank Niccolls
Frank passed away peacefully at Parkwood Lodge on Monday 24 October 2022, aged 86 and after a short illness. Dearly loved husband of Clare, father of Alan, Graham and Neil, father-in-law of Helen, Cilla and Caroline, and grandfather of Max, Rachel, Caitlin, Rebecca, Stephanie, Elizabeth and Jack.  Many thanks to the staff at Parkwood for their wonderful care of Frank.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Mary Potter Hospice https://marypotter.org.nz/support-us/donations. A service to celebrate Frank’s life will be held at Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae on Friday 9 December, 2022 at 2pm
