BROWN, Joan Elizabeth (Libby) (nee Taylor), Passed away peacefully at Parkwood Lodge on 15^th June 2022.  Loved daughter of Joye and Charles Taylor (dec). Loved wife of Douglas (dec). Loved mother of Sandie, Tony, Andrew and James. Loved mother-in-law of Robyn, Maria, Ann and Bill (dec). Loved grandmother of Sinead, Michael, Sara-Anne, Tasha, Angela, Alicia, Joye, Lynda and Billy.  A service for Libby will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday 22^nd June at Cedarwood, 17 Parata Street, Waikanae.
